Based on the report you receive, you can group your users by specific characteristics. For example:
- Group № 1 - users who downloaded the app but never opened it;
- Group № 2 - users who have used the app, but made their last order several months ago;
- Group № 3 - users who use your services all the time, but don't use promo codes.
And so on. When you have several different groups of customers, it will be easier for you to figure out what to offer each of them. Customized offers and promotions will increase passenger loyalty.
