The new version of Taxophone 15 is out now

The new features of the Taxophone app have made it even more convenient and useful. All new features of TaxoPhone 15 are available only together with Taxi-Master version 3.13. Please send requests for updates to your account managers at sales@bitmaster.ru.

Editing payment methods

Passengers can now change their payment method after creating their order. This is necessary if there is not enough money on the card balance or if the customer remembers a more convenient way to pay for the trip.

«Become a driver» section

You can now add a new section in the app menu called "Become a driver". For example, you can put the information about the benefits of working for your company there or a driver recruitment form, as it is usually done on our business card sites.

Use this section as an additional way to attract drivers.

New feedback channels

In TaxoPhone 15 you can configure the Feedback menu section as you wish, add or remove social networks and messengers for communication with customers online. This will allow you to respond more quickly to users' requests for a ride.

Notifications setup

Users can choose the notification type: push, e-mail, sms, or voice. This increases customer loyalty.

Other improvements we've made:

Added the ability to enable the client server to run the application if our servers are unavailable due to maintenance or Internet problems.
Improved the screen with the addition of favorite addresses. Now you can additionally specify an entrance and an apartment, as well as write a comment.
Improved sorting of locations/establishments for faster search of the suitable option. Now they will be sorted in descending order depending on the user's location.
Added "Coming" button to push-notification when a driver is waiting for a client.
Added a prize order indicator in the tariff description when using the relevant functionality.
Added an additional setting that prohibits cancelling an order if no reason is specified.
Improved the feedback for blacklisted users. The company can now give only email instead of phone number for contacting.
Added an option to hide the preview cost of an order for a particular tariff - crew group.
Added a special indicator in the application menu for the users to immediately notice the appearance of new information.
Improved animation when switching tariffs, as well as when building a route before and after order creation.
